BLOG: What's the best thing about working for Otterbein360?

This week, we asked the Otterbein360 staff to share their favorite thing about working for Otterbein360.

Here's what they said.

"My favorite thing about being a part of Otterbein360 is telling the stories of students on campus. In being a part of 360, I've met and learned the stories of so many people--something I never would have had the chance to do if I wasn't a student journalist."

- Emmy Wells

"My favorite thing about working with Otterbein360 is be able to see how journalism and web content intertwine with the marketing world."

- Matty Quinn

"My favorite part of working for 360 is being able to excel in work that isn't in my field of study. The skills I take away complement what I aspire to do (write and manage grants). 360 has opened the door to professionally network in that direction and I'm so grateful to Dr. Warren for setting that up. 360 is relatively stress-free. It is a chance to broaden your skill-sets and get introduced to truly meaningful connections with others."

- Kevin Gebura

"My favorite thing about working for 360 would have to be the opportunity to get to know Otterbein. Being a commuter, the ability to meet new people and find out how the campus works and what's going on has always been a huge plus."

-Logan Meyst

"I think my favorite thing about being on staff for Otterbein360 is the actual staff. I'm like the newcomer of the group and everyone is nice and fun to be around. I'm so happy I was invited to the meetings and am glad I'm apart of it all."

-Jashawn Boswell

"I really love working on Otterbein360.com staff because of the sense of community I feel. Every story from pitch to print is a team effort and that collaboration is something that I am proud of."

- Sean Feverston
