The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) started in May, 1950. The Otterbein chapter joins the hundreds of different chapters across the country. 

Junior Engineering Major Mikayla Knerr started the Otterbein SWE chapter three years ago. Recently, the group has started working with the Boys and Girls Club to teach kids about engineering.
