Offense: Possession of paraphernalia and marijuana - Students were found with marijuana and paraphernalia in their room.
Incident report: RA in DK smelled marijuana and called OPD. A resident of the suspected room signed a consent to search form. Officers found beer, marijuana blunts, Cannabis Hard Candy, multiple pipes and other paraphernalia. One resident of the room and one guest were each charged criminally for marijuana and paraphernalia possession. Both were charged judicially for drugs and the resident was charged under the new alcohol policy.
