The OtterDen is returning to Otterbein better than ever before. The new and improved OtterDen will give students more choices when they're hankering for a healthy and delicious meal.
Otterbein will be partnering with local restaurants around the community to serve their cuisine to students. Otterbein Dining staff member Alex Trimble said that local restaurants will have a designated area where new restaurants will personally serve students every day.
The heavily requested smoothie and açaí bowls will be making their return, along with an overhaul to the convenience store featuring over 300 items. Trimble said that the convenience store will return to the OtterDen similarly to before.
The OtterDen will return to being open through the day to supply students with additional choices besides the Cardinal’s Nest. Trimble said that they are planning on reopening the OtterDen later in the fall.
