"Fresh never frozen" is Rollies Ice Cream and Boba Tea's motto. The ice cream starts out as a liquid cream mixture. Then the mixture is poured on a below freezing plate. After that the liquid ice cream begins to freeze and is flattened to be rolled and served. Ingredients can be added to the base while it is being mixed.

Otterbein Students Protest Against ICE
January 22On January 20, 2026, students at Otterbein University (and nearby residents) gather together marching with signs, megaphones, and speakers to protest the recent ICE activity. The protest starts with a National Walkout at 2:00 PM and the crowd processes through the streets of Uptown Westerville immediately preceding the arrival at City Hall.
