A site volunteer of 40 years delves into founder William Hanby’s decision to establish the University, his connection to the Underground Railroad, and accomplishments of his oldest son. Otterbein Students Protest Against ICE
January 22On January 20, 2026, students at Otterbein University (and nearby residents) gather together marching with signs, megaphones, and speakers to protest the recent ICE activity. The protest starts with a National Walkout at 2:00 PM and the crowd processes through the streets of Uptown Westerville immediately preceding the arrival at City Hall.
