Otterbein University has launched an eight-year comprehensive campaign with a goal of $50 million. Comprehensive campaigns typically have a silent phase and a public phase and Otterbein just entered into the public phase of the campaign on Sept. 20, 2014.
Otterbein University has resources on campus and there are resources available off campus but close by.
Students on campus over the summer will have different housing and dining options than during the academic year.
Some Otterbein students will be graduating in a little over a week. Other students will leave Otterbein be transferring to another college or transferring into Otterbein.
The cost of traditional housing will increase 7 percent and meal plans will increase by about 2 percent under a plan approved by the Otterbein Board of Trustees in their March 8 meeting.

Students could have a stronger voice about how things are run at Otterbein. Otterbein’s Senate approved a bill on Feb. 19 that will allow the Governance Review Commission to continue developing a representative model of campus governance. The commission has been working on the model since April 2013 when senate approved a motion to create a committee that would research different models of governance and consult with students, faculty and staff.
