Rike Center Entrance to Football Offices

Alex Bayer played tight end at Bowling Green State University and had a couple stints in the National Football League. Now, he works with the football staff as a GA while serving as the teams’ tight ends coach. His spring and summer months are also spent breaking down practice film.
Graduate Assistant's Continue Work
Graduate Assistants are tasked with breaking down the film of practice and making it available to the coaching staff. It is not a luxurious task, but a necessary one. The GA’s will spend two full seasons at Otterbein, while earning their degrees, and then look to pursue other coaching opportunities.

Coach Dan Damico Continues Offseason Preparation
Dan Damico serves as the teams' offensive coordinator, a position he has held since 2014. Damico’s offense averaged 34.9 points per game last season, but will now have to replace major contributors for the 2018 season.
