Westerville commemorates lives lost 20 years ago on 9/11

The memorial will be held Saturday and Sunday night at 7:30

The city of Westerville will be observing the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks at First Responders Park on Saturday, Sept. 11 and Sunday, Sept. 12.

The observance will have Westerville residents that discuss the 9/11 events and how it has impacted the world they live in. 

Attendees will have the opportunity to walk through First Responders Park and look through the exhibits that transcribe what happened on that day.

The observance will be from 7:30-9:30 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday night. 

We will never forget the lives lost on the tragic day of 9/11.
