Otterbein's media students have earned national recognition as finalists for College Media Association’s 2025 Pinnacle Awards.
Competing among Division III schools, these students secured finalist spots across a wide range of categories, showcasing excellence in journalism, photography, video production, and campus engagement.

Angelina Godfrey, a Journalism and Media Communication major with a minor in photography, has earned finalist recognition in two individual categories as well as working as editor-in-chief of the student magazine that placed as a finalist. “I’m super proud of myself and also proud of my team,” Godfrey said. “I hope we win, but even being in the top 5 is awesome.”
Final results will be announced in mid-October at MediaFest 25 in Washington, D.C.
