City pipe leak leaves two campus buildings without water

Update: the water has been turned back on and has been deemed back to normal. 

Another Otterbein facility is without water. An email that was sent out by the school on Sept. 21 informed students and faculty that there was a water main that burst. The city of Westerville shut off water access, leaving Clippinger Hall and Cowan Hall without water through Sept. 22. The water main burst has also closed access to S. Grove St.
