Otterbein men's basketball go into the OAC tournament with a chance to take home the title for the first time since its 2002 national championship season.
The men defeated Muskingum this past Saturday on senior night to close out the regular season with its 21st win.
After earning a first round bye with the second seed, the team will use its home court advantage against Ohio Northern in the OAC semi-final matchup Thursday, Feb. 26.
The Mount Union Raiders clinched the number one seed going into the tournament. The Raiders lost in the 2025 OAC championship to John Carroll. John Carroll is no longer in the OAC.
“For right now it's just focus on our game Thursday, play the best we can on both sides of the ball,” said junior forward Chase Garito. “If we focus on that and to be as good as we can, I think that’ll take us all the way.”
