T&C Media rookie reporters went out to find Otterbein students' favorite Halloween candy. USA Today reports that the top choice for Ohio is M&M's, but there was no clear winner in this decidedly non-scientific survey. Yes, candy corn was an option--and there are plenty of leftovers in the newsroom.
